Is there a way to get it to format and install WinXP/2000/2003 on the 1st main active partition, regardless if there is already another OS on it?

For Example:

Say I have WinXP installed.
I want to reinstall WinXP using a completely unattended CD.

What commands would I have to put in the winnt.sif in order for it automatically choose my active partition (C:\), format it w/ NTFS quick, and Install there.


Is that even possible?

u could format the partiton right at the beginningh of the setup
or delete recreate the partition
the rest would be unattended
if that s what u mean

Make it boot into GDisk and specify what partition you want to format etc..
