Anyone know how to remove/hide then entries for 'Rename' , 'Create Shortcut' and the spacers from the Recycle bin context menu?

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}

I can modify anything and everything but those... well 'Properties' too, but I really have no excuse to remove that entry. I've tried looking at third party applications such as shmnview and shexview, yet neither of these display the entries which need to be removed/hidden.
