Can anyone point me to a pre-built .Net framework package that includes the following with all patches:
  • .net Framework 1.1
  • .net Framework 2.0 SP2
  • .net Framework 3.0 SP2
  • .net Framework 3.5 SP1
The package that I have is from RyanVM, and is from May, 2007. Obviously, things change and I have to rebuild my system. :)

You know, the best way to get what you want inside is to do it yourself, so try THIS.

Enjoy
