I am using RAID (set of 2 Disks) to install windows XP. I already have the updated service pack bootable XP installation CD. I have few questions when using nLite to integrate Raid drivers so no floppy is needed.

When using Nlite to integrate Raid drivers, do you have to integrate all the files that comes for the RAID card or only some specific driver files. My raid Card came with multiple driver files, so should I integrate all
the files in Nlite. Also after the driver(s) are integrated and the modified image is burnt on the CD. During installation do I have to press F-6? Any tips would be nice.

No, you only need to integrate the appropriate 32/64bit (Sata)RAID driver subfolder, which contains a file namd TXTSETUP.OEM. When you are doing the driver integration task, nLite will only show you the INF files of that folder. Point to any of them (doesn't matter which one, nLite will copy them all anyway).

No, you must not hit F6 when prompted.
