Been searching around for information on how to 'Remove' Bitlocker from the entire system... all I can find seem to be articles on how to disable and 'enabled' bitlocked device. I would like to remove it entirely from a working system.

If you don't want to use the Bitlocker feature, then why did you buy the Ultimate Edition. Pro does everything Ultimate does except the BitLocker.

I'm not sure about removal, but you can disable the feature from a running system via DISM:
You could also use dism offline on an image to disable the feature before installing as well, if that's what you're trying to get at.
dism /online /disable-feature /featurename:BitLockerNote featurenames ARE case-sensitive.

Gave that a try... I'll need to play around with it more and see what results I can get; otherwise with the system running, it errors out.
As far as someone comparing Ultimate to Professional... 'Bitlocker' is not the only feature. VHD boot, which is NOT available on Professional, is all I needed and care for. All of the other W7U junk I dont care for being installed, nor do I want it on the system/image.
I'm disappointed there is no option within Windows Programs/Features (Windows Features) to remove said components... the only practical use for bitlocker is on a notebook.
