Popups How to Rate Topic: -----

Dear Friends,
I would like to create advertisement popups. The samples can be found on this great website:

MSFN.org



There are some texts like Windows, Server or Software...if you over your mouse on this texts then a advertisment popup opens in a stylish design...Has anyone noticed that? I have seen alot of this kind of advertisment popups and I would like to know how they do this.

Does anyone know how to program such a popup for a simple html or php website?

Pop-ups are blocked by most browsers. You are better off using in-line advertisements.
