Has anyone noticed, with the latest update to IE8 (KB976749), explorer Aero periodically flashes from transparency mode to basic?

Update for Internet Explorer 8 for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB976749)

I installed it on the 4th of November, and I haven't experienced any issues.

I think it was this hotfix that messed up my WMP11, try doing this see if it fixes it
