Hi!

I have installed two Vista:

Partition C: The one I use on my work

Partition D: for testing purposes.

Both are installed with the same installing disk and same Product Key. Is it legal to activate both?

In the majority of cases, you require two different licenses for the two operating systems. You will not be able to activate both. At least, that's how I think it works. Then again, it might easily be "one license per computer", but I don't recall the specifics.

If you are in doubt, read the EULA that came with your copy of Windows.
