Windows Shell/RDP Accounts

Are there any hosting companies out there that offer Windows 'shell accounts' similar to the Unix ones, where you can RDP in to a (virtual?) Windows 7 box with Visual Studio, Office etc, maybe for a small monthly fee?

I'd love to play around with VS and Windows 7 but just don't have the money or hardware. I've seen a lot of commercial hosting available, but no 'personal' type accounts. Any suggestions?
