Can i use oobe welcome screen after minisetup with sysprep Rate Topic: -----

I want to make an universel image for different pc's. I prepared the image with minisetup. There should be minisetup because will use on different hardwares. What i want is after minisetup finishes and reboots want to see oobe screen (that has activation, update and create user page). How can i do
that with sysprep.inf, winbom.ini and oobeinfo.ini. Which parameters in where i need?
