Install Xp Media centar error

I have a CD / DVD burner reader who can not sew to CD or DVD ( m a s h i t a uj840d)
and trying to install via USB, but we do not go just the best
I have tried over USB_multiboot_10 and priavljujemi an error ( "USB multiboot 10 error has not fat FAT32 or NTFS)
USB is Kingston DataTraveler 2.0 USB Flash 8GB
