Windows 7 OEM from USB?

I created an ISO backup of my Dell Win7 Home Premium install disc, and would like to install it from a USB key if possible.

I mean WHAT :w00t: is the question/problem, all you have to do is to make your USB stick bootable and copy the contents of the DVD to it, there are several tutorials available, one for all:
