Hi every every body

i need use kerio server mail and use dyndns.org!
my computer not in domaine name!

i install it and open port on routeur and firewall!
i test telnet is ok!

when i want test with outlook express; i have error message0x800ccc0d!

i think have prob configuration on my dyndns.org or setting server mail!

who can help me please!

Exact message and configuration please... Initial indication is definitely a "name" error or even (according to MS) the use of Internet Connection Sharing.

Configuration info includes the setup in Kerio, the setup at DynDns, and the setup in Outlook. You may change the "real" names accordingly if you prefer (no need to know actual names), e.g. "myname.com" instead of "actualname.com"

Whether I can help or not doesn't matter, as others may be able to provided complete info is given.

I want my own email server for Intanet is also to receive and send emails from other provider
as hotmail or gmail! This domain without LDAP (peer networking) - I have a dynamic IP

I installed Kerio MailServer 6.7.3!
Configuration is as follows:

Internet host name: hpzd7066ea (is the name of the machine)
Domain Name: srvimail.no-ip.org

SMTP Server:
SMTP Relay Options

Allow relay only for:
Users authnetifiés via SMTP for outgoing mail

SMTP Routing

Router directly using DNS MX records

Download POP3:
POP3 server: srvimail.no-ip.org with the admin account


Test server:

send email: Admin to User1 - is ok!
send email: User1 to User2 - is ok!

send email to my hotmail server Admin: is ok!
send email to my hotmail server User2: is ok!

send email from my server to hotmail -- i receive this message

Actually, the error message says exactly what the problem is:

I had the same problem a while back (I do have real domain-names and static IP's), but Hotmail is very strict when
it comes to e-mail sent from unknown or dynamically allocated hostnames.

They do it as a spam-protection countermeasure; it's fairly easy to set up a mail-server, spam the hell out of other
mailservers from a dynamically allocated (or from within a normal household) IP-address and pull the plug when
finished, starting all over again the next day from another IP.

There's not much you can do about it, other than to register a domain and wait until it's acknowledged by Hotmail.
(It took my domains about a month or so before e-mail from them were accepted)

Or pass your outgoing mail through your ISP's mail server, which should have a nice legit fixed IP.

That's also an option... if you have an ISP and its mail-server allows relaying
