I want to intergrate SATA drivers on a XP pro CD. Now that Ive come to to the drivers section in nLite, I can choose to intergrate VIA ATA/ATAPI host controller and/or VIA RAID controller. Which is the one for SATA drivers?

RAID should be the one; check which folder has a file txtsetup.oem inside, that's your guy.
