Is the MSFN forum free for download?

I want to build a forum on my website but I don't know which free forum I should choose.
I wonder whether the MSFN forum is free?
If not, can you introduce some famous and free forum to me?

its not for sale I can assure you that

u probably mean Invision Power board
there is a link at the bottom of the page
I'd go with invision power board best one i've ever seen
they've free forum based on php 4.

ow also it won't look this pretty when u install it. u'll have to customize it...

WHAT'S THIS GOT TO DO WITH NT/2000/2003 ??????

you will need a web server with MYSQL database and PHP4. The forum software is not made by MSFN, though we have customised the look of it and added some tweeks here and there. Its free for download and use though.

Is MSFN not blocked by the china firewall? heh, we have posted news about the subject before from other sites that normally would need a proxy to visit. Just curious is all

um.. nothing. i was just asking if it was is all. china blocks lots of websites it deams to be subversive and anti communist etc. both Google and the BBC are or have been blocked before for example.
