Any version of Nero compatible with Server 2008 R2?

Is there any version of Nero (7, 8, 9, reloaded, burning rom, etc) that will install and run on Server 2008 R2?

afaik, no Nero Version is compatible to run on a Server OS.

Is that the same situation for any Roxio equivalent product? Even if installed with the "XP compatibility" option?

Would Roxio or Nero operate properly in a VMware virtual XP environment?

I'm not using any Roxio tools, so I don't know.

nero lite 9 working here on server 2008 r2
