Hello :/

All of a sudden, my desktop shortcuts stopped working :/

When I double click a shortcut, nothing happens.

When I right click I see no Open-entry in the menu.

Can it be restored?

Hi Eric,
try Updateicons from Pierre Torries (google).
When installed:
First: click the upper box only and restart
If i does not work
click, second, the two lower boxes and restart.

It happened to me when I did not uninstall new version of KernelEx when installing older version. Solution, uninstall the current KernelEx, install the one you forgot to uninstall, then unintall it, and then install the KEX you want.... did the trick for me... that is, if the issue is KEX related.

Yes, I had this issue too. After couple of uninstallations/installations it was fixed, though I don't remember exact steps.
