Yous have gotta check this BEAST !! Out... ( the Australian 230V one ... it has the same specs as the american 120V one )

http://www.apcc.com/resource/include/techs...CCountryCode=ww

Runtime Chart
http://www.apcc.com/products/runtime_for_e...m?upsfamily=165

My 600VA / 360W Ups would keep my PC up for about 15 minutes since the load is 190 watts avg ( Full on Configured Athlon 3200+ system and 17inch Monitor )

That 5000VA would keep me up for 7:30 Hours

Man i want one of those :D

Anyone Got an UPS Besides me :D ?

Also i have a Technical Question, how is it if my Computer is using about 350 Watts on the PSU yet the PSU itself is only consuming like 100 watts ? i realized this since my PC + monitor only uses 190 watts yet my PC uses around 350 watts onto the Computers PSU - I still bought the UPS coz the Computer shop dude told me its allot less on the mains side.. I guess he was rite

Wasn't watts supposed to be Universal .. like if a device sucks 20 watts on a 12 volt rail it'd be exactly 20 watts on the 230 / 120 volt side as-well ...?
Maybe someone can explain this whole Watts / VA Thing to me :)
