Windows 8 improvements suggestions

Hello,

do you know some way to contact them about new improvements into windows 8? I wanted to contact them for windows 7, but gave up after i cannot find way to contact them. But now i want at last take my chance contacting them. I have a few thing that bothers in windows regarding its media support.

mswish@microsoft.com still seems to exist. That was the "old way".

Is there any possibilities to have compiz fusion visual effects in windows 7 or 8? I wanted these effects on my windows.

theoretically the DWM is possible to do the same effects. But I don't see any sens for such visual effects/eye candy. They bring no work improvements.
