Is there a standard somewhere that defines exactly what makes a program compatible with KernelEx?

If you were asking a programmer unfamiliar with KenelEX to write a program compatible with KernelEx, what would you tell him he had to do to make it compatible?

I would tell to make it w98 compatible + using the APIs contained in KerneleX.
Add the KerneleX APIs to the W98 APIs.
