Windows XP MCE Upgraded? Slipstreaming all updates

I have a mce installation dvd but its sp2, just wondering if i should download all the updates for sp2 and 3 or does sliptreaming sp3 add the sp2 updates...?

also, anyone know how to add programs to a windows install disc? like vlc or nlite, so they will be there after windows installs??

Service Pack 3 handles most of the SP2 updates. Of course, your problem will be that there are about 100 or so updates that you could put on a SP3 system.
