Hello!
It's also my case with NIS 2010!
You can successfuly download and use post_$oem$.rar for Windows XP, and WPI 8.1.0
The folder $OEM$ include "RunWPI.inf" and "cmdlines.txt"!
Windows Post-Install Wizard
Works fine for me!

thank you myselfidem for your quick reply, I have already downloaded the files that you stated but I want to use the 8.0.1 versions and there must be a member who has a virus-free RUNWPI.exe copy, even when I exclude NIS 360 from scanning the file it is still blocked and deleted???
can version 8.0.1 be used for xp and win 7??

Hello
I've seen that some versions aren't deleted by NIS and others are deleted. If you want an older version and you have NIS, keep the one ins't deleted! The last version I've used in the past was WPI 7.2 with no problem with NIS. It's just an advice!
Yes, you can use WPI 8.1.0 but you need differents $OEM$ folders:
1) I've tried WPI 8.1.0 with the folder post_$oem$ (RunWPI.inf and cmdlines.txt) successfuly with Windows XP SP3.
2) And for Windows 7 Ultimate I've used "sources folder" with WPI 8.1.0 successfuly!
No trouble, no error! Just waiting a few time after the desktop is loaded and WPI starts!

This is for all versions of Windows Vista!
Sources folder <-- Link!
Contents of the sources archive:
setupcomplete.cmd
(It has to be buried several folders deep so I already did that for you)
