PROBLEMCHYLD Posted September 25, 2010 Share Posted September 25, 2010 I need some help resizing bitmaps to valuesI don't know of any programs because I never done this.I got a couple of jpg file I would like to do but don't wanna lose any functions.width 256 pixelsheight 192 pixelshorizontal resolution 71 dpivertical resolution 71 dpibit depth 8 and 16frame count 1the file size needs to be 49.0 kb and 96.0 kb. Ponch Posted July 28, 2011 Share Posted July 28, 2011 (edited) A bit late... but...IrfanView 4.20 and up (current is 4.30) has that file size option for saving JPGs (only). Also usable with its "Batch Conversion" menu.I guess you can't manage all image settings+file size for BMPs as they are not compressed.
