how to integrate addons to win7?

We can easily add addons such as ie8 or ccleaner to XP.
I used to use nlite or RVMintegrator for XP.

What about win 7 ?

Is there a way for integration addons to win7 ?

Yes, you can use Windows 7 Toolkit
