Appearently it has the same checksums as the "older" WAIK for 7 so this one isnt really updated at all.

Microsoft doesn't make updates to things like the WAIK except possibly for documentation. But then again, all the documentation is on TechNet as it is. If there is any update to the WAIK binaries, expect to see it after Win7 SP1 releases. For now I'll close this thread.
