Just use a batch file with a ping command.EXAMPLE:ping -n 5 127.0.0.1 >NULstart D:\Programs\Miranda\miranda32.exestart notepadChange the 5 in "ping -n 5" to however many seconds you want it to wait. Place the batch file somewhere and then create a shortcut to it in the startup folder. Modify the shortcut's properties so that the window starts minimized.
