Disable waiting for background programs to close?

is there any way to disable this message??show me when shutdown or restart.

There are two directions you can go with this:

1. Find out which program is causing the problem.

2. Ignore the failing program and decrease the wait timer.

For the timer, search the post for this registry key: WaitToKillServiceTimeout

try this hotfix:

KB975777 - There is a delay when you shut down, restart, or log off a computer that is running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2
