Perhaps you should ask Christian Ghisler (the developer) himself: support@ghisler.com.
I know from experience he still reads his own email.

Or ask it here: http://www.ghisler.ch/board/
Or just copy the files and make a shortcut, like you do with the eMule installation. That should also work.

You have to decompress the installer and edit the install.inf file:
