Backslashes are being converted to & # 0 9 2 ; (spaces added deliberately)

I have confirmed this issues in my own Notes option and brought this to attention. This isn't the only case I have found so far, sometimes the " will be converted to its HTML code as well. I agree it shouldn't be that way, so we'll have to see what can be done and hopefully get a fix for it soon.
