To reduce support hassle and because of Windows 7 SP1's imminent public release (due out on the 22nd February), I've decided to make Sevenize require SP1 be installed first.

(Before you start complaining, remember that the /ignoreCondition switch still works, so you're free to potentially ruin your HDD if you want :) ).

I was going to get an initial release of Sevenize out tonight (just to see if the platform works on Windows 7 with only minimal changes), but alas I ran into a problem:

You'll have to give me some more time I'm afraid.

it requires elevated rights and the network drive is mapped with user rights. This causes some issues. Enable the option LinkedConnections and try again. Maybe this fixes it.

Any update W3bbo on getting a release out? I keep checking everyday hoping to see something new!

Hey, I'm BACK!!!~

I am ABSOLUTELY excited about the new project and successor of xpize...SEVENIZE!!!~

Formally say goodbye to xpize and welcome its successor,

I just look forward to seeing some experts in programming in helping W3bbo's debugging procedures.

Wish you all make the born of SEVENIZE smoothly soon,

CHEERS!!!~

Also, will Windows Live Essentials be fixed?

I noticed a couple 98/2000-esque pixel art icons occasionally.

WLE comes out every year or two, I'm wary of making any changes to it for fear of them becoming obsolete. What issues are you thinking of specifically?

Two things I've noticed are in Windows Live Mail:

1. The pixel art setup icon when it starts
2. It uses an animation from Windows 98 when downloading email.
