agree myselfdiem
what is IE9_SUPPORT.CAB cause I couldn't integrate it either
too busy to mess with it so I just run the exe after setup and add my tweaks
Download ++> Windows 7 + 8 Unattended DVD + App Installer + Services Disabler + Load All Button + XML Creator
Jump2Reg - Registry: - Oct 4, 2013 - Version 3.0.4 - 98, ME, NT, 2K, XP, VISTA, Seven, Windows 8+ and 32 or 64 bit

XP Unattended CD/DVD creator - Version 4.1.7
Sample xml + Setupcomplete + Add Right click .wim Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1

Yes maxXPsoft it's the best way if we want the support.cab also integrated: installing the exe file after setup!
Or using IEAK9 :

For Windows 7 OS: SetProductKey.rar (fr-FR/en-US. Integrate keys).

After a new testing, I see that we can install IE9 full version (with extracted packages) with a clean Windows 7 SP0 without updates!

Test with Windows 7 Ultimate SP0 without updates integrated first (just used the file install.wim for the test):
Integration successfull!!!
Spoiler

IE9.cmd

I have integrated IE9 to windows 7 unattended and it worked well, but at the moment i have observed when i want to download for example from microsoft a file KB*.exe, he passes to another page without prompt me for saving the file and where, then i have to press click here to download in the other page. While in IE8 he prompted me for saving the file and where before he passes to other page.
Any suggest please how to fix it?

With IE9 I see that you can choose where you want download a file inside a window from below.

I don't know if that answers your question!
