I want to make a xp 3 bootable disk with all required software and themes .please some one tell me what software requires to add themes and drivers softwares .I have nlite but I cannot add theme and I have multiset I am a bit confuse please help...

Did you apply the UxTheme Patch? See pic #35 in this picture guide http://win-x.co.cc/nliteimages.html Set it to Enabled and it should work.
