You need subinacl.exe from micro s h i t. Then you type in the command line (replace ==PATH== with the path to your mounted souce):
subinacl.exe /noverbose /nostatistic /subdirectories ==PATH==\* /setowner=Administrators


After the above completes type in this one:
subinacl.exe /noverbose /nostatistic /subdirectories ==PATH==\* /grant=Administrators=f


And then try to delete the folder.
