It's the first time I receive 3 spams inside my e-mail by an forum member (?) and this one doesn't appear inside the topics discribed!

1 spam => rainzhang has just posted a reply to a topic that you have subscribed to titled "(SOLVED) What Gives after 4 Primary Drives".

2 spam => rainzhang has just posted a reply to a topic that you have subscribed to titled "Windows 7 Registry Tweaks".

3 spam => rainzhang has just posted a reply to a topic that you have subscribed to titled "MSU Version Of Internet Explorer 9?".

A user had replied to a topic with spam. It happens a lot. Unfortunately it was one you set to watch, so the forum emailed you that a new post arrived. This was normal. The posts have already been deleted and the user was banned. I do not think it is really possible for us to stop spam from being emailed like that. If we were to add a delay on the email in order to check them, people would complain they are not getting notifications.

Do not worry about that Abuse header, that is normal.
