mysqladmin flush-hosts Rate Topic: -----

Whenever I try to go to this website, it pops up this long message saying i need to do mysqladmin flush-hosts.

What is this???
How do you execute it????
I can't use run or the command prompt to do it.

Please help me.

Is this happening on just one website, or more than one? By "this" website, do you mean MSFN or another site? If its just happening on one website, then its most likely a problem on their end, and there's not much you can do about it.
