I use it for private use. I love having all the programs always available. I have created my personal wpi with more than 400 freeware and 30 licensed program and i use this for my 3 pc and sometimes for my friends. When i go to find a specific program i spend more time to find it on a menu and a good idea is a search field like the last windows 7

Hello there.

From time to time am usin WPI pack under win7 which have the most annoying flaw that prevent start shell with auto-elevation.
Now I've cooked a wpi launcher capable to start wpi shell under administrator rights using "Elevation PowerToys".

I am sorry but there is way too many problems with your script to even touch...

P.S. Wpi.hta has not been used for a LONG time.

We now use an exe that elevates itself anyways....

Hello

i am using the program for a few weeks...works great , but i am using it from a locked sd card and i get " unable to write to disk " message everytime i use it.

seems like the program is trying to write some kind of log ...anyway to disable that...i like to keep my sd card locked for malware protection.

If I have already added an architecture filter, {x32} or {x64} to a command line the USSF/PEiD button gives a "Could not open C:\Users\Cconcept\AppData\Local\Temp\" error. If I have not put in the filter, it works properly. It would be awesome if it could ignore anything with a {} around it.

I see that there is no more these lines inside lang_en.js:

Do I must remove these lines also inside lang_fr.js ?

Hi, I'm using 8.4.6 version and worked over the translation into Ukrainian. There are few strings, i haven't met using wpi, so i left it in English.
P.S. According to requests, would be nice to let User an opportunity to create custom buttons like "Begin Install" in the left side ( atleast 2 or 3).

WTH would you use them for?

Adding buttons is pretty code intensive and there is NO way to make easy ad-able buttons (plus when all the buttons that there are total are active the left side is pretty full)

OK! Then is it possible to make the "Read Me" Button to open not .txt but .chm file.You see I'd like to give the user an illustrated description of software gathered in my WPI, compiled in CHM-help file.

Oh, it's just for my friends (the female part), because they know nothing about software installation and troubleshooting can be met working with some applications. Thanks a lot.
P.S. About strings, i hadn't translated in language file, what are they about? If i understood their meaning i would translate them also.

I changed strings as You wrote, but something gone wrong. Look the picture below. Can it be because of the language used in chm-file?

Take a look please. I think it's because the encoding system: the txt is encoded in ANSI, and the chm in UTF-8.
