hi. I want change change setup screen in spwizimg.dll & edit some text in W32UIRes.dll for windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit, But I can't edit it's with resource tuner or resource hacker. Because don't show any file in this softwares.Please Guide Me.

For Windows 7 64 bit Editions you need to use Restorator 2007:
