If you do, let us know. Not all Dell machines, even those of the same model run, are necessarily equal. You may need to engage Dell, ultimately, to figure out what's different with the machines that aren't working compared to the ones that do.

As always I thank everyone on the board and this site for all your help. You have helped me learn the stuff I needed to quickly and made me realize when I was going off course. I made a donation a few weeks ago as thanks for all you've done for me.

Hi all, just to rule out hardware error, I've syspreped a machine after I snapshot the it reboot and I got that same error message. So for my case I can ruled out hardware difference.
