how to replace windows logo in system properties

i want to replace windows logo in system properties with the logo i have,does any one knows how to do that?

it seems little dull so i want replace following one logo

post-305443-0-93946700-1314711632_thumb.

with this one

post-305443-0-11700200-1314711705_thumb.

edit shellbrd.dll (C:\Windows\Branding\ShellBrd\shellbrd.dll) with resource hacker
