tizzyhavoc
Over the years I have religiously archived my outlook messages and contacts, and some of the files exceed 2Gb. I want to extract and delete a lot of the data as it is not longer needed or it is duplicated in later .pst files. Then merge the saved data into a new .pst file which I can use as needed. I have searched the net and found many "pst merge" programs which are free to download, and it is only a trail, then expensive to buy, or will only merge the first 10 items. What a waste of time. Can anybody out there in cyber space help me. I need a program which will let me edit, delete items, merge, and save as new files. cluberti
If you want to open or view PST files larger than 2GB, you will need a program indeed - Outlook 2010 x64 can do it, and it has a trial you might be able to use:http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/
