Hi,
I'm not sure if this is the right forum but does anyone know how the MAPP (Microsoft Active Protections Program) works? I wanted to know what my company would receive for being part of the program?

Well this type of topic is best suited for General Discussion because it isn't directly related to any hardware or software product.
As for what benefits you could get, I'm not sure. There is an FAQ here:

I would imagine that once you applied for the program, you'd be assigned a rep.
JFYI, MSFN is not an official Microsoft website, we just like discussing (and sometimes arguing about) their products.
