Its a virus. Microsoft never send updates in emails, and never will.

finally a fix to all ms problems
format.exe :)

i don't understand this type of emails
all the junk email I got have random numbers at the end of the subject line. I think anyone should be able to catch that its junk mail...

are you saying i dont know that this was fake. i assumed it was fake before posting, which was just to make sure.
