principly i did it this way, first i created a folder
in c:\tempinstall\drivers. didnt work, then i read
somewehere the path had to be "c:\windows\drivers\"
just trying it now.....

and i read, to tell the windows to use the new drivers,
some lines in svpack.inf and winnt.sif had to be changed....
and some files in the windows cd driver folder,

blabla.nv4.dll and ati.dll and so on.....

p.s.: @bombtrack: bin schon noch auf ein paar anderen boards,
von welchem z.b. kennst du mich? :)

ok, the installation works now with the new folder structure on
ati-cards. trying it with geforce now.....

how can i do the following:

if the setup detects an radeon card, it should install the
ati control panel. if a gefroce is build in, it should not....

spachtler

p.s.: works too with geforce.....

hmm i dont think there is a way to make it recognize which graphic card you have built in. you would have to install the controll center silently at t12 or first logon.

// i think i know you from another forum :D does this sound like something you
// have postet a few days ago ?
