when I open Norton Internet Security 2004(NIS2004), connect to the internet,
use eMule to download something, Norton Internet Security will scan
finished file. that waste lots of time...
How to forbid NIS scan those kinds of file???

2. since install NIS2004, I can't find any computer in "NetNeighbor".
If colse NIS, then OK.
How can I do it ???

1) More than likely your NIS is scanning archived/compressed folders. Therefore if you download a *.rar or *.zip file, NIS will perform a complete scan of the contents of your download.
2)You're probably blocking NetBios communication on your internal network. I don't use NIS so I can't tell you how to correct either of these problems.
Try opening ports 137-139 to your LAN and see if that helps. Also I'm sure if you look for a setting inside NIS it would say Scan Archives or something.

NIS 2004 has an option to include PC's in your LAN as "trusted".
I do not have the option in front of me here ( at work ) but they are in Home Network somewhere under Firewall settings.
Just add the internal IP of the machine you want to network with.
