How to add fonts to wpi 8.4.6

guys i want to know how to add fonts to wpi because i've a font and i want to use it in i can make wpi use any font is installed in fonts folder but this font isn't
installed in every pc will use this programs cd so how can i add this font to wpi thanx

WPI will add any font in the graphics\fonts folder before opening the main interface. *
* Note: Enable the "Install additional fonts to the operating system" Option to enable this feature.

I'm using WPI 8.6.3, i've selected option "Install additional fonts to the operating system" but no font was installed.
What can i do?

Only the file "Franchise-Bold.ttf"
An example of wpi.css file:
P.S. I'm using WPI from USB Pendrive

I use this workaround to install Fonts with WPI:
