Could not load library: InstExpl.dll RoCX123_Setup

i'M getting this error message Could not load library: InstExpl.dll

I have the same problem and I solved it by downloading from here http://www.totalcmd....llExplorer.html version 0.9.2 of InstallExplorer decompressed and copy the files in "%programfiles%\Universal Extractor\bin\ replacing those who already had.
