Hi!

I'm trying to install Windows XP on a computer with SATA HDD. I'm using nLite.

The problem is that when I'm integrating the drivers, nLite only finds PNP drivers. Now I know that TXTSETUP.OEM has to be in the same folder as the drivers are, but the drivers I'm using aren't built up like that. Unfortunately I'm too dumb to figure out how to rewrite the TXTSETUP.OEM so it would work. Can anyone help me?

The motherboard is Abit SG-80DC and the drivers are here - http://www.abit.com....KET_TYPE=LGA775

Please help. I'm quite in a hurry, and I couldn't find help from Google.

There is a TXTSETUP.OEM file in the v410.zip package (v410.zip\v410\FloppyImage\964_180). Use that or any other you may find. They should be the same.

Cheers

Yeah, but what to do with it?

I tried putting all TXTSETUP.OEM files in the same folder where the drivers themselves are (every driver in the FloppyImage folder). Then I got an error SysRaid1.sys (if I remember right) is missing. Then I tried to install it without the driver itself (the one where TXTSETUP.OEM says SysRaid1.sys) and it was still the same..

@ Rajareits:
I have downloaded the SIS RAID driverpack, which Abit recommends for your mainboard.
Although the set contains a lot of different driver folders with a rather similar content, I hope, that I found the suitable one. To make the integration easier for you, I have copied all needed files into the same folder and customized the content of the TXTSETUP.OEM file.

You can download this special driverpack, which I have prepared for you, from >here<.
Unzip the package and integrate it by using nLite, but don't forget to start with a freshly copied untouched XP CD content as source and don't load any Last session.ini.

Good Luck!
Fernando
