Same. svcpack.inf runs at the T-13 min stage, and RunOnceEx at first logon. Hotfixes might be slower to install on first logon due to System Restore, but there are ways round that as discussed in this forum.

at 13t is there a SYSTEM RESTORE?because my installation at 13t is very very slow...is there a way to increase it?

System Restore isn't enabled during GUI-mode setup afaik. If its slow, try the /O switch when installing hotfixes.

if this is true with the restorepoints during the installation,
and the unattended includes a lot of things,
is there a way, to delete all RP's and leave only the
last created? to save some space....
