At least with SP3!


I just found out on the 8th that disabling the "NetBIOS over TCP/IP" service causes the DHCP Client service to get killed!

When running on Virtual PC 2004 SP1, I could confirm this with an event log error from Service Control Manager, about depending on the "NetBIOS over TCP/IP" service!

Shame on Microsoft!
