I've been having this problem for awhile now. It doesn't matter if I'm logged out or not. I can NOT login from another computer or cell phone.
Deleting cookies and all that other stuff didn't help. Please note, this is the only site that does it.

Perhaps people can know the reason and help if you tell them which browser you are using to log in.

Make sure that you aren't disabling cookies or Javascript in those other browsers that aren't working.

It doesn't matter what browser or computer I use, I'm only able to login from my home computer.

I would hazard a guess that your from one of the ip ranges that got banned and only your home ip was unlocked. QUITE weird see-ing as how your are reportedly from the USA though.

That is weird because I go through cableone for internet and they change my IP address once a month unless I pay for a static ip. How do I fix this?
Also is has to be this forum or my username because even if I use a different IP range
I still canNOT login.
